Chicken Shack Westland at 34850 Warren Road, Westland, Michigan.

First, I would like to say that the outside of the building appeared to be nice. The cashier was friendly and knowledgable about the menu. The parking lot was large enough to accomodate all of their customers. The facility has public restrooms. Second, I ordered a catfish dinner. The dinner was not hot , it was luke warm. The catfish looked like tilapia, it was translucent, the pieces were rather small and thin. The fish wasn't thick, fluffy and crispy white meat like catfish. I've been eating catfish my whole life I've never had catfish like this before. It wasn't completely bad the taste was mediocre. They didn't give me any napkins, they had a roll of brown paper towel and one of the cashiers rolled me some paper towel off of the roll. I still ate the fish because I paid $10.00 for the meal. Last, I will not be returning to this location, nor can I recommend the location for a meal.
