Birch Hill Apartments at 332 South Hubbard Court, Westland, Michigan.

This place is very run down. Only New tenants get newly updated appliances and some of the appliances in the apartments have been in these units for over 15 years. The leasing agents are RUDE, young, inexperienced and extremely unprofessional and discriminatory! The maintenance men are terrible, they just complete quick fixes in order to get their job done and not have to accommodate you in the right way! Then when u call the rude leading agents, they blame everything on maintenance, which shows no one in the equation cares. There's never any parking. They failed city inspection in 2016 and still dont do all of what they can in order to keep the place nice, just what they have to, a half ass job. I wouldn't recommend anyone live here.

I just moved in this week and I am so happy to be here! The only good thing about my previous apartment is that it made me that much more appreciative of what Birch Hill Apartments has to offer. I moved into a clean, well laid out apartment with a balcony that overlooks a beautiful green area with mature trees. They recently redid the parking lot so no bumps or pot holes. They don't charge per pet - one pet fee and one pet rent covers up to 3 pets, just make sure they know about them. All my neighbors have been friendly and welcoming. Staff here are always professional, friendly and do exactly what they promise. I'm so happy and relaxed to be here!
